Every Lay Speaker must file an annual report and be approved by their charge conference every year.  Generally these take place in November and December for most churches.  The 2009 Annual Report is attached to this article.

NOTE:  We are having difficulty with the system which attaches files to articles.  You can find the annual report in the DISCUSSION area, under DISTRICT ISSUES.
